Can we pay with check or credit card?
Yes, we accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and most bank debit cards).
We do not accept checks.
If your choice of payment method is credit card, Carryout Courier obtains an 'Authorization Approval' which indicates that the card is valid and usable. At the end of the night, the actual charge is run including any gratuity if you chose to add it to the card.
When you cancel an order after the 'Authorization' has been obtained, or if you switch the order from credit card to cash, it can take up to 5-7 business days for the 'Authorization' to be removed and for the funds to be available for your use. If you check your statement online and see the word 'Authorization' or 'Pending' that does not indicate an actual charge was run.
Carryout Courier does not have any control over this process and there is nothing we can do to speed up the process. If you have any questions, please contact your credit card company or bank.
